We are looking for a senior finance operations professional to become the first core operator at Effini Finance.
This person will lead client delivery, design monthly finance processes, manage bookkeeping and reconciliation standards, support tax advisory, prepare reporting, build systems, and help shape the early operating model.
Over time, this role can grow into a broader leadership position as the business scales.
